Carly helps to ensure the smooth running of administrative and business support tasks, including the delivery of internal and external company projects, HR activities, and the support of compliance and governance activities.

Carly assists staff and associates to maintain a high level of business practice. With a strong background in administration, Carly previously worked in a secondary school, providing support to all stakeholders of the organisation.

Before transitioning to administration, Carly spent 18 years in the beauty industry, including her role as a Beauty Lecturer in Cambridgeshire, where she delivered high-quality teaching and training.
