Zongshuai Fan
Senior Policy Analyst, IfM Engage
Zongshuai Fan is a policy analyst whose expertise spans manufacturing and intellectual property. He has contributed to policy projects in areas such as green hydrogen, semiconductors and advanced manufacturing. His work centres on technology policy analysis to inform governments, regional bodies and international organisations on industrial innovation strategies.
Before joining CIIP, Zongshuai worked as a senior intellectual property analyst at the R&D centre of a multinational company in Singapore. He is qualified to practise law in China.
