A cross-disciplinary initiative of the University of Cambridge with Agri-Tech East
The project builds on a previous project focusing on the East Anglia Agri-tech sector, and focusing on the potato value chain in the East Anglia. The project aims have been defined as follows: Reveal opportunities to pursue higher value capture opportunities through innovation across the potato value chain; Identify specific project areas where collaborations between UK businesses, university researchers, and other relevant stakeholders, could help address such opportunities; Develop a systematic process to align industrial opportunities and research capabilities
