BEIS Futures Framework
We can be quickly and easily deployed to work on UK government projects via the Futures Framework
As part of IfM Engage, we are a registered supplier in the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) Futures Framework: a straightforward way to contract us for projects.
We have a core team of policy, industry and technology experts who work with our government partners. Based on the requirements of a project, we look to utilise our network, including experts from across the IfM, University of Cambridge and further afield to bring insights, knowledge and clarity to complex and multifaceted policy issues and challenges. Our expertise combines established ‘futures’ techniques such as scenario development or options development with systems thinking approaches including impact grids and roadmapping.
The Futures Framework is a register of consultants and researchers that can be called upon by HM Government (HMG) Departments and Agencies and UK public bodies to support conducting work to think strategically about the long-term future and further developing these capabilities in government. It is administered by the Government Office for Science.
